Lune Coffee

The brief

Lune roasts in small batches and changes origins every month. Each new coffee meant a new label designed from scratch, and the shelf looked different every time.

The approach

We designed a kraft pouch with a fixed upper half and a modular label below. Origin, process and tasting notes slot into the same grid, so the roaster can produce a new label in an afternoon.

What changed

Fourteen origins have shipped on the same system, and the café counter finally reads as one brand.
